Whether you are buying your first airgun, returning to shooting or choosing something new, just ask us for help.
What is included in your free setup?
Where applicable to your purchase, our setup service includes:
| Setup service | Cost |
|---|---|
| Scope mounting | £0 |
| Adjusting eye relief for a comfortable view through your scope | £0 |
| Zeroing your gun | £0 |
Pellet sample packs are also included for testing.
These services are part of your gun purchase when required. You do not need to choose a more expensive package to receive setup help.
Scope mounting and a comfortable view
If your purchase includes a scope, we can mount it and adjust the eye relief — the distance between your eye and the scope — to help you get a clear, comfortable view.
If something does not feel right, tell us. You do not need to know the technical terms to explain what you are seeing or what feels uncomfortable.
Zeroing your gun
We can zero your gun as part of the setup, where required, and explain the setup details before you leave.
It is worth keeping a note of the pellet used and the distance at which it was zeroed. Those details give you a useful reference when you use the gun or speak to us about it later.
Pellet samples to help you get started
Pellet sample packs are included for testing, giving you the opportunity to try pellets with your new airgun.
If you are unsure about the pellets supplied or would like advice on what to try, ask our team. We can talk through your options without making the choice more complicated than it needs to be.
Clear explanations from people who shoot
Our team are experienced airgun users. We understand that something familiar to one shooter may be completely new to another.
We will take the time to explain your setup and answer your questions. There is no need to feel embarrassed about asking us to go over something again.
The aim is simple: your equipment set up properly, with you feeling comfortable about using it.
Help is still here once you get home
If a question comes up after your visit, give us a call. Ongoing advice is free, and there is no limit on the questions you can ask after your purchase.
